Jackie Lee,
Chief Executive Officer

Jackie Lee is the CEO of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd, and actively develops and implements business philosophies, formulates turnkey corporate strategies, and manages investment plans for the Company.

Mr. Lee is pivotal to development of Hardware Zone as a project manager of joint ventures and strategic partnerships and is responsible for managing expansion plans, including strategic relationships with global partners, expansion into complementary verticals, and fund-raising activities to fuel expansion.

Hardware Zone has since experienced positive expansion into Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines and is set to experience further financial growth under his charter.

With 3 years of formal engineering education from the National University of Singapore (NUS) (Electrical Engineering), Mr. Lee took sabbatical leave from his course to concentrate his passionate efforts in driving the Company to greater heights. Mr. Lee has since received an honorary doctorate from Burkes University in UK for Business Entrepreneurship In 2003.



Eugene Low Wei An,
Managing Director

Eugene Low is one of the key founders of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd. As the Company's Managing Director, Eugene is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of key policies that influence the operations of the Company's Human Resource, Administration and Finance departments.

Eugene has a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) Degree from the National University of Singapore. His past research interests include knowledge discovery database (KDD), data mining and computer networks. His interests in IT dates back to the year 1988 when he headed the SJI Computer Club as Chairperson, and continued in a prominent leadership position in junior college life as the Chairperson for the Raffles Junior College (RJC) Computer Society.



Jimmy Tang Shiau Khee,
Chief Content Officer

Jimmy Tang is Hardware Zone Ptd Ltd's Chief Content Officer (CCO), and is responsible for the smooth provision of content for both the online (www.hardwarezone.com®) and offline (HWM) publications. He identifies the emerging content trends and ensures the delivery of top notch content to the consumer and business communities.

Jimmy joined the Company in February 1999. Prior to this, he was pursuing his Ph.D in Materials Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). In his field of research, Jimmy has published 4 papers in reputed journals, presented his research in International conferences, and was attached to Chartered Semiconducter Manufacturing Ltd for 4 years during the course of his degree. Jimmy has a Bachelor of Material Engineering (Hons) from NTU and has received his Ph.D in Materials Engineering



Ang Chi Hoe,
Chief Technology Officer

Ang Chi Hoe is a key founder of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd, and oversees the technical aspects of the company as well as maps out its technological strategies. His main responsibilities involves identifying and implementing the key technologies that will enable the company to achieve its business objectives.

Chi Hoe's other responsibilities include managing the development of the Company's E-commerce arm, seeking out new technologies partners, as well as hardware and software acquisitions.

Prior to Hardware Zone, Chi Hoe was enrolled in the pioneer Computer Engineering course offered by NUS, and worked as a freelance web and graphics designer. Chi Hoe has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering (Hons, 2nd Class Lower) from the National University of Singapore (NUS).



Poh Swee Hong,
Web Development Engineer

Poh Swee Hong is one of the co-founders of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd, and started off with creating and maintaining the site's content management software, web applications and e-commerce capabilities. Swee Hong has since moved on to oversee the marketing and circulation of Hardware Zone products which includes enabling IT promotions for readers to increment newsstands sales, running subscription drives at various IT events and sourcing for high-traffic points for the distribution of free titles. Swee Hong works closely with clients and distributors to ensure the reach of Hardware Zone products to target readers and maximise the reach for advertisers.

Swee Hong is a member of the pioneer batch of 20 students who were offered Computer Studies as an O-Level subject under the Oxford Board of Examiners, in which every member attained distinctions and has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering (Hons, 2nd Class Upper) from the National University of Singapore (NUS).



Jereme Wong Jong Siang,
Media Director

Jereme Wong is one of the co-founders of Hardware Zone Pte Ltd, and has contributed significantly to the development of the company's web site, www.hardwarezone.com® and conceptualises the company's overall creative themes and ideas.

As the Media Director, Jereme utilises his immaculate knowledge of Hardware Zone products to increment media sales, craft integrated media packages for high-profile IT clients and implement new media channels under the Hardware Zone Network. Jereme is also responsible for implementing innovative marketing campaigns with a focus on establishing the Hardware Zone brand across the SEA region and beyond.

Jereme has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons, 2nd class Upper) Degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS).



Lim Chuan Jer ,
Product Manager www.hardwarezone.com®

Lim Chuan Jer started his tenure in Hardware Zone in 2001as a web programmer providing vital technical support and MIS service for to ensure timely delivery of information to a worldwide audience in www.hardwarezone.com®.

As the product manager of www.hardwarezone.com®, Chuan Jer is actively involved in the strategic development of Asia premiere IT portal to increment the scope of online services provided to the community whilst maintaining the quality assurance of the Hardware Zone franchise with localised online portals throughout Asia.

Prior to joining Hardware Zone, Chuan Jer completed his Industrial Attachment with British Telecom (London) with research on Parasitic Mobile Networks and has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (1st Class Honours) with a minor in Business from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
